3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our official website only.

• Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer (where applicable).

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

4. Delivery Policy

• Nationwide delivery available across Bangladesh.

• Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days (depending on location).

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather, courier delays).

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if conditions are met (unused, unwashed, original packaging).

• Defective or wrong products will be replaced at no extra cost.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

স্বাগতম শখেরঘর (shokherghor.com) এ। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।

১. সাধারণ

• শখেরঘর একটি অনলাইন স্টোর, যেখানে বেডশীট, কমফোর্টার এবং হোম এসেনশিয়ালস পাওয়া যায়।

• যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

২. প্রোডাক্ট ইনফরমেশন

• আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি সঠিক প্রোডাক্ট বিবরণ, ছবি ও মূল্য প্রদর্শনের।

• রঙ ও ডিজাইনে সামান্য ভিন্নতা হতে পারে আলোর প্রভাব বা স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশনের কারণে।

• সব পণ্য স্টক উপলভ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট থেকে করা যাবে।

• পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), বিকাশ, নগদ এবং ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার।

• স্টক শেষ, পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থতা বা সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার রাখি।

৪. ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

• সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে।

• সাধারণ ডেলিভারি সময়: ২–৫ কর্মদিবস (অবস্থানভেদে)।

• অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে (যেমন ধর্মঘট, আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব) ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

• ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে (অব্যবহৃত, অযত্নে ধোয়া নয়, আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে)।

• ভুল বা ডিফেক্টিভ পণ্য হলে ফ্রি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে।

• প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড ৫–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।

৬. মূল্য ও অফার

• সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে।

• ডিসকাউন্ট, অফার বা কুপন যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

৭. প্রাইভেসি ও নিরাপত্তা

• গ্রাহকের তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন, পেমেন্ট ডিটেইলস) নিরাপদে সংরক্ষিত হয় এবং শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসের কাজে ব্যবহার করা হয়।

• আমরা কখনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শেয়ার করি না, শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যতীত।

৮. দায়সীমা

• শখেরঘর কোনো ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব, কুরিয়ার ত্রুটি বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের পরবর্তী সমস্যার জন্য দায়ী নয়।

• পণ্যের মূল্যের বাইরে কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ বা অতিরিক্ত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

৯. আইনগত প্রযোজ্যতা

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত।

• যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের অধীনে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
