1. Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered are eligible for free replacement.

4. Custom orders and discounted items are non-returnable (unless defective).

🔄 Refund/Replacement Process

• Contact our support team within 72 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number, product details, and issue (photo/video proof if damaged).

• Once verified, you may choose between:

  • Product Replacement (same item or similar value)

  • Refund (processed within 5-7 business days via bKash/Nagad/Bank)

🚚 Return Delivery

• For defective/wrong products, Shokherghor covers the delivery charge.

• For other returns (e.g., personal choice), the customer bears the delivery cost.

✅ রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী

১. ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
২. পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অযত্নে ধোয়া নয় এবং আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
৩. ভুল, ড্যামেজ বা ডিফেক্টিভ পণ্য হলে ফ্রি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়া হবে।
৪. কাস্টম অর্ডার বা ডিসকাউন্ট প্রোডাক্ট সাধারণত রিটার্নযোগ্য নয় (ডিফেক্টিভ হলে ব্যতিক্রম)।

• প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়ার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করুন।

• অর্ডার নাম্বার, পণ্যের বিবরণ এবং সমস্যার ছবি/ভিডিও পাঠান।

• ভেরিফাই হওয়ার পর গ্রাহক পছন্দ করতে পারবেন:

  • প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট (একই বা সমমূল্যের পণ্য)

  • রিফান্ড (বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক মারফত ৫-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে)

🚚 রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি

• ডিফেক্টিভ/ভুল প্রোডাক্ট হলে শখেরঘর ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করবে।

• অন্য যেকোনো কারণে (যেমন ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তন) রিটার্ন করলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
